Physical products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner. Production and shipping times vary. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping and fulfillment timelines displayed at checkout.

We stand behind our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Quote Pack Product License

1. Scope of License

When you purchase a Quote Pack from The Choiceful Life, you are
purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use the content contained in that pack (quotes, captions, and
hashtag sets) subject to the terms set out in this section.

2. Permitted Uses

Your purchase grants you permission to:

• Post the quotes, captions, and hashtag sets on your own social
  media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest,
  LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Schedule and publish the content on social media accounts you
  manage on behalf of clients, provided your use remains consistent
  with this license.
• Adapt the wording of individual quotes or captions to better suit
  your voice or your client’s brand voice.
• Use the content in graphic designs, quote reels, carousel posts,
  and short-form video content created for social media distribution.
• Use the content in email newsletters distributed to your own
  subscriber list or a client’s subscriber list.

3. Prohibited Uses

Your purchase does not grant permission to:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the
  original pack files (CSV or any other format) to any third party,
  whether for payment or at no cost.
• Repackage, rebrand, or republish the content as your own original
  product for sale or distribution.
• Upload, share, or make the raw pack files available on any
  platform, marketplace, file-sharing service, or membership site.
• Claim authorship or original ownership of the quotes, captions,
  or any content contained in the packs.
• Use the content in printed products intended for commercial
  resale, including but not limited to books, journals, card sets,
  merchandise, or physical print-on-demand products, without a
  separate written agreement with The Choiceful Life.

4. Ownership

All quotes, captions, and content contained in Quote Packs remain
the sole intellectual property of The Choiceful Life. Your purchase
grants a license to use the content as described above. It does not
transfer ownership of the content to you.

5. No Attribution Required

You are not required to credit The Choiceful Life when posting
content from a Quote Pack on social media. Attribution is welcomed
but not obligatory.

6. License Duration

Your license to use purchased pack content is perpetual and does
not expire, provided you remain in compliance with this section.
The Choiceful Life reserves the right to terminate your license
immediately and without refund if you violate any of the prohibited
uses outlined in Section 3.

7. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all Quote Pack purchases
are final. No refunds will be issued once a download link has been
accessed or delivered. If you experience a technical issue with
your download, please contact us at legal@thechoicefullife.com and we
will resolve it promptly.

Returns and Refunds

Digital products: If a digital product does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and issue a refund at our discretion.

Physical products: Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical products due to the print-on-demand nature of our fulfillment.

Email Subscriptions

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive email communications from The Choiceful Life. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not spam and we do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:
